Before Picture Day, the organizers work with Studio Byrd Lowe to schedule the event and communicate the details to the athletes and their families. This includes getting the team roster and scheduling the date, time, and location of the photo shoot. Athletes are usually provided with a specific time slot for their individual or team photos but we can work individuals in who may have a conflict during their original time slot.

2. Online Pre-Ordering:

To make the process convenient and efficient, we offer online pre-ordering. Athletes and their families can access their personalized online galleries through a unique code or link. These galleries showcase various photo packages and products available for purchase. From individual prints to custom collages, there are options to suit everyone's preferences.

3. Photo Shoot:

On Picture Day, athletes arrive at the designated location dressed in their team uniforms or sports attire. We are equipped with top-notch camera equipment and lighting to ensure high-quality images. We guide athletes through different poses and help make them look their best for their portraits. If you have siblings on different teams but are interested in getting a sibling/buddy shot, feel free to bring them both in together to either one of their scheduled time slots.

4. Online Image Review and Selection:

One of the exciting features of our process is the proofing gallery, athletes and their families can review their photos on a computer or mobile device before deciding what package or prints you want to purchase. No more hassling with paper order forms, finding your check book, checks getting lost, or getting surprised (good or bad) when the pictures come in (because the photographer is picking the pose). You can also choose multiple poses for each package which is a new feature we're now able to offer. This allows the client to select their favorite images and customize their order based on their preferences. It's a quick and hassle-free process that ensures satisfaction with the final products.

5. Ordering and Delivery:

After selecting the desired photos, athletes and their families can proceed to order prints and products directly through the online platform. They can choose from various packages, sizes, and finishes. Studio Byrd Lowe ensures secure online transactions for a seamless ordering experience.

Once the orders are placed, our team takes care of the printing and packaging process. We strive for a quick turnaround time to deliver the finished products as soon as possible. Athletes and their families can expect professional-grade prints and products that showcase their sports achievements.

6. Digital Sharing and Keepsakes:

In addition to prints, Studio Byrd Lowe also provides digital options for sharing and preserving memories. Athletes and their families can choose to receive high-resolution digital images that can be shared on social media platforms, printed at home, or used for personal archiving.
